Included in our Service Plans

All meal service plans provided by The Portable Chef include:

  • Personal assessment to determine dietary needs and desires

  • Assistance in selecting menu choices

  • All shopping for ingredients to prepare menu selections

  • Meals prepared specifically to your requests

  • Assistance with purchasing storage and meal containers, if non-disposable containers are desired  

  • Meals delivered to your home

  • Detailed heating/finishing instructions

Pricing

Actual costs will vary depending on your meal plan, your menu selections, your packaging choices, and any special ingredient or dietary requests (for example, gluten-free, organic, etc.).  The cost for our weekly meal delivery service for a family of four for five meals averages $300; this typically works out to around $15 per person for a family of four for 20 entrees with side dishes (5 meals, four servings per meal).  Your actual costs will depend on your selections.

Having guests for dinner?  Hire The Portable Chef to prepare your dishes!  Mingle with your guests while the Portable Chef prepares dinner!  Meal service and after-dinner cleanup available as well!

Hosting a party?  Bridal or Baby Shower?  The Portable Chef can prepare your party servings, finger trays and buffet dishes for you and your guests!  Baked goods, including novelty cakes, are also available!
